Intergalactic Launch
This interactive event leads groups through facilitated teambuilding exercises selected to improve communication, build trust and reach success through effective team work. The activities are delivered in a non- competitive and encouraging format.
The program begins with an introduction by our dynamic facilitators who will lead the group through various activities, and ends with a final debriefing to summarize the "Ah-Ahhs" teams discovered along the way.
INTERGALACTIC LAUNCH will:
Promote teamwork within an organization.
Open lines of communication and encourage honest feedback.
Set group goals by consensus.
Build awareness of what makes a good team.
Identify road blocks to teamwork.
Increase commitment to team goals.
Reduce stress by having fun!!!!
